The PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) has declared PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) is the president of Palestine, officially filling the void left by the late arch terrorist and PA leader, Yasser Arafat.

Undoubtedly the move will serve to further tensions between Fatah and Hamas as each of the terror organizations vie for control of what they hope will one day become a PA state.

Arafat actually declared the State of Palestine in 1989.
