After finally admitting that the death of 27-year-old Netanel Arami HY”D was an act of terrorism and not an accident, police now report a major development in the investigation. However the details of the case are banned from publication by a gag order. It is being reported however that the rope which was holding the victim as he worked outside the 11th floor of a building was cut by an Arab worker, who reportedly laughed as the father of two fell to his death. Nevertheless, for the two weeks following the incident police insisted it was an accident, nothing more.

Seeking to keep up the pressure on police to thoroughly investigate the attack and bring the responsible parties to justice, 300 people took part in a protest vigil on Wednesday 7 Tishrei in Bat Yam. The family called it a protest vigil, demanding that police conduct a proper investigation and reveal the truth—that Netanel was murdered at work by Arab employees.
