Military police are investigating three suicides that occurred among soldiers serving in their mandatory service, all in the Givati Brigade. The investigations are looking for a possible common denominator. To date it has been learned that all three served in Operation Protective Edge, and authorities are now pondering if they possibly took part in difficult battles that led to them taking their own lives R”L.
Investigators report all three were found lifeless alongside their weapon. The investigation is now focusing on the possibility the three became clinically depressed following the battles, leading to the deaths.
In a statement to the media, the IDF expressed its sorrow and condolences to the families, adding the investigations are continuing.
In a related matter, the IDF’s chief mental health officer in recent days sent text messages to soldiers who were involved in the fighting, informing them they may request counseling if they feel they wish to do so. Reservists who took part in the fighting wishing to seek assistance may call 03-737-7007.

Battle scars are deeply felt & enduring even with therapy. Nechema is needed for the families.
How do we know its suicide? Maybe someone murdered them. Their are Arabs and leftists in the army.
