10:52am IL: A PA (Palestinian Authority) resident with an explosive device strapped to his body was detected at the IDF’s Bet Iba Checkpoint in the Shechem district on Tuesday morning.

The terrorist was arrested and taken for interrogation. Soldiers managed to remove the bomb and it was detonated in a controlled blast without incident.
