An Israeli was wounded near Kedumim on Monday after assailants attempted to make off with his vehicle close to noon on Monday.
Apparently two Arabs began speaking with the Israeli and at some point; the driver was fired upon, sustaining moderate injuries. The Arabs fled with his vehicle. Police at this time are referring to the incident as a criminal act and not terror.
