A burglar has made off with more than $200,000 in silverware and jewelry in a spree that has targeted eight homes in a Boro Park, police say.
The suspect, captured on surveillance tape shown above, entered eight homes in Borough Park through a rear window in July and August. He stole an estimated $230,000 in valuables, police say.
The suspect entered the residential homes through a rear window , removed items, and fled the location.
Incident #1 – Between approximately 2000 hours on Monday, June 23, 2014 and approximately 2000 hours on Tuesday, July 1, 2014.
Incident #2 – Between approximately 1200 hours on Friday, June 27, 2014 and approximately 2001 hours on Sunday, June 29, 2014.
Incident #3 – Between approximately 1200 hours on Monday, July 14, 2014 and approximately 1630 hours on Thursday, August 14, 2014.
Incident #4 – Between approximately 2000 hours on Thursday, July 24, 2014 and approximately 1700 hours on Thursday, July 29, 2014.
Incident #5 – Between approximately 1100 hours on Thursday, August 7, 2014 and approximately 2330 hours on Monday, August 18, 2014.
Incident #6 – Between approximately 0830 hours on Friday, August 8, 2014 and approximately 2320 hours on Sunday, August 10, 2014.
Incident #7 – Between approximately 1300 hours on Friday, August 8, 2014 and approximately 2300 hours on Sunday, August 10, 2014.
Incident #8 – Between approximately 1500 hours on Monday, August 11, 2014 and approximately 1500 hours on Monday, August 11, 2014.
