An East Side Hatzolah ambulance was involved in an accident Tuesday afternoon. The incident happened at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and East 77th Street, just before 6:00PM. Sources tell YWN that the ambulance had a patient onboard, and was enroute to an emergency room at the time of the crash. There were 4 people injured in the collision, but all were in stable condition.
