Thousands of Barkat posters around Yerushalayim have been torn down or defaced. The Barkat for Jerusalem Mayor Campaign is calling on Jerusalem police to launch an immediate investigation.

In addition, campaign officials are calling on the other contenders in the mayoral race to publicly condemn the act, which has resulted in NIS tens of thousands in damage.
