Ashdod had a difficult day as there were tens of rocket attacks. One rocket landed in the city itself, landing very close to a building. An 8-year-old boy sustained a light injury. B’chasdei Hashem there were no serious injuries in that attack. One car was destroyed and a home sustained heavy damage.
The 8-year-old was helping his grandmother into the safe room when he was injured. She was in B”H but he did not manage to totally close the door, hence the hand injury. The family says the young boy is a hero, saving his grandmother.
