State police say they’re investigating damage caused to a tractor-trailer by an object that was tossed from a Thruway overpass in western New York.
Investigators say the truck was traveling on Interstate 90 early Thursday morning when it was struck by an object that was apparently thrown from an overpass in the Monroe County town of Wheatland, 10 miles southwest of Rochester.
The driver wasn’t injured.
The state police Thruway station near Buffalo says troopers remain at the scene investigating the incident. No other details are available.
