Deputy Minister of Defense Danny Danon visited Sderot accompanied by Mayor Alon Davidi on Thursday, 5 Tammuz.
“We have the capability to strike the Hamas leadership that is responsible for the attacks emanating from Gaza. Israelis are willing to sustain unpleasantness in the short term in order to ensure a genuine period of quiet in the long run,” said the Deputy Defense Minister. “Now is the time for resolute leadership. The Security Cabinet must understand that their prolonged consultations can lead to an erosion of our deterrence,” Danon continued.

This is precisely the strategy that Obama used against the leadership of Al-Qaeda.
It’s about time.
AGREED…BUT THIS MESSAGE HAS TO BE CONVEYED TO THE PM AND TOP LEADERSHIP FOR IMMEDIATE EXECUTION…
To SMFG3:
The problem is Bibi doesn’t make a move without consuslting with his bosses, Susan Rice & the NY Times editorial board. Bibi is thinking about his retirement & “legacy”. He wants the “world” to like him.
He has abandoned his Nation & the people of Israel should fire him immediately.
Instead of calling for it, DO IT!
