According to reports, hunger striking terrorists imprisoned in Israel have called off the hunger strike after 63 days. The announcement was made on Tuesday night, the eve of 27 Sivan by PA (Palestinian Authority) Minister of Prisoner Affairs Isa Karaka.

The hunger strike began after the prisoners demanded an end to Israel’s administrative arrests, demanding that detained are charged with crimes and brought before a court of law or released.

The PA report states the hunger strike was ended after agreement was reached between the Israel Prison Authority and the hunger strikers.
