The radical left-wing Peace Now organization has petitioned the Supreme Court calling for the immediate removal of the Netiv (Derech) HaAvot outpost located in Gush Etzion, telling the court it is built on “Palestinian land”.

The petition states the rightful land owners have turned to Israeli authorities but their requests and complaints have been ignored.

They are basing their petition on a similar one filed with the high court which led to the removal of homes in Amona, in Shomron.
