Hamas has responded to Israel’s willingness to release some of the terrorists appearing on its list towards a prisoner exchange deal. The terror organization stated Israel’s willingness to show flexibility and release some of the prisoners is not satisfactory and until everyone on the list is release, Gilad Shalit will remain imprisoned.
Dr. Osama el-Masini, who is responsible for the Shalit prisoner exchange, stated Hamas will not give up on its demands and until Israel decides to agree to release every single prisoner on the list, Shalit will remain in custody. He added Hamas’ list demands Israel release 1,000 prisoners.
