Syrian state-run television is pointing the finger of blame at Israel for the Saturday car bomb attack on Suan Street in Damascus. Other media reports indicate al-Qaeda is responsible.
Apparently, a vehicle laden with 200kg of explosives was detonated on a public road, some 400 meters from a Syrian intelligence base. According to Syria’s interior ministry, all of the 17 people killed were civilians.
Interestingly, Syrian officials did not impose the media blackout immediately following the blast, as is usually the case, but it permitted reports on the explosion shortly after it occurred, permitting other Arab media to report as well. Later in the day a media blackout was imposed.

Maase Yadai Tov’im Bayam Ve’Atem Omrim Shira?
Shame on you.
Firstly, I doubt that they usually have any proof for these claims. All of the Arab states and entities automatically blame “Israel” for whatever is convenient.
Secondly our Chachomim say in the Talmud (or maybe it’s somewhere else) something about that
G-d says “You sing when My creatures are drowning in the sea?!”. (This is intepreted in various ways of course.)
It also says (somewhere) “beibud reshoim rinoh”.
