It was a historic and bittersweet moment for Yeshiva Chaim Berlin, as the two new Roshei Yeshiva, HaRav Yosef Halioua and HaRav Tzvi Fink, the son and son-in-law of the late Rosh Yeshiva, HaRav Shlomo Halioua ZT’L, led the Purim Mesiba on Friday afternoon, their first year as Roshei Yeshiva.
