In her victory address, Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni stated the first order of business is party unity, stating those who opposed her in the leadership race are not the enemy, and she will work tirelessly to unify the ranks of the party.

Livni promised to work towards stability, calling on all party members to close ranks and come on board, adding during her campaign she has not promised any positions and does not plan to do so at present.
