A Muslim resident of Virginia has been arrested for allegedly planning a mass casualty attack targeting the Israeli Consulate General in New York City.
The suspect, Abdullah Azz al-Din Taha Muhammad Hassan, reportedly identified the consulate as his intended target and provided detailed instructions on how to construct and deploy an explosive device to an undercover FBI agent.
Authorities also allege that Hassan operated multiple pro-ISIS and pro-Al Qaeda social media accounts, using them to promote violence against Jews. Reports indicate that he intended to livestream footage of the planned attack.
Israeli Consul General in New York, Ofir Akunis, expressed gratitude for the swift response by U.S. authorities, stating: “The State of Israel deeply appreciates the swift action and cooperation of the American security services in thwarting today’s attempted attack on our consulate.”
Akunis further emphasized the broader implications of such threats: “This attempted attack by terror organizations is an attack on the sovereign soil of the State of Israel in its entirety. It’s proof that terror knows no boundaries and that we must fight it everywhere and every time. The threat it poses to the Western world and its values must be fought together by all Western democracies alike. Together we will prevail.”

They are barking up the wrong tree. Only white supremacists are the real threat to America. Go ask Biden himself. He has already authorized a campaign against Islamophobia.
All of these FBI arrests of terrorists who they say “were planning a mass casualty attack” were not planning anything at all until FBI undercover agents got in touch with them. The way this always works is they find somebody posting in support of terror groups and identifying with them. Then the undercover agent approach them acting as if they share their beliefs and tell them they have access to explosives and asks them if they want to work together. After playing a whole game with them the FBI agent comes up with the “explosives” and when the subject goes along with the idea of blowing up whichever target they previously discussed wanting to blow up they are arrested for conspiracy to commit a mass casualty terror attack. Sometimes the FBI will go even further providing the subject with a button hooked up to what they say is a bomb and arrest them when they press the button. And while this is a good way to lock up people who identify with terror groups, the FBI announces the arrest saying they prevented a massive terror attack, like they did in this case, in order to give the impression that were not for them a major terror attack would have taken place. In reality however the only “planned” terror attack they prevented was the one the undercover agent and the subject cooked up together.
What is anyone with that name or anything close to it doing in this country
Ouuuut!
Please remove the detail that this freedom fighter is of the Muslim faith. I don’t want Karine Jean-Pierre to worry incessantly about Islamophobia.
