A young girl’s destructive rampage through a Walmart has gone viral, with a jaw-dropping video capturing her smashing bottles, wrecking displays, and wreaking havoc while stunned onlookers questioned where her guardians were.
The video begins with the girl, appearing to be without supervision, pulling items off shelves and hurling them to the floor. Her antics culminated at the deli counter, where she writhed on the ground as two women attempted to restrain her. Their efforts were met with protests from a bystander, possibly the child’s guardian, who defended the girl’s behavior with the remark: “You don’t know what she’s going through!”
The chaos escalated when the girl reached a Kedem sparkling grape juice display. In a shocking sequence, she grabbed bottle after bottle, smashing them onto the floor, leaving a trail of shattered glass and sticky purple liquid. Employees and shoppers alike stood frozen, seemingly unsure of how to intervene.
A man finally stepped in, attempting to stop her before further damage could occur. However, the same woman berated him, exclaiming, “Don’t do that to a little girl!” The destruction continued unabated until the video’s final moments, when a man, possibly a parent, threw the girl over his shoulder and carried her away.
The location of the incident remains unclear, as does the fate of the young girl and her guardians. It’s also unknown whether they were held accountable for the significant damage to the store.

unjustified headline, unjustified posts. We don’t know the whole story. True, where is the parent? But for all we know, she could have a mental disability and certain triggers which we don’t know about. Just too reactionary to call her a brat without knowing.

@IKF, I agree with you 100%. The headlines at YWN are getting dumber by the day. Maybe that’s why they think the readers are dumb too. Many headlines tell us how we should feel when reading the post, such as “SHOCKING”, “OUTRAGEOUS”, Etc. as if we can’t think for ourselves. Re this headline and many others, “Juvenile” is a very good description. Their only goal is click bait, not journalistic standards. Business is business.

the post wasn’t about the girl. it was about the onlookers response. it doesn’t matter why the kid was doing what she was doing, the responses are nauseating, and demonstrate the woke deranged culture that’s turning America into a bunch of whiny brats.
My friends:
If someone has a horrible past, whether a broken home, absentee parents, trauma, poverty, etc., it is worth giving this consideration when determining the consequences. Until that point, we have a criminal wrecking a store, and everyone is just standing there as if allowing her to do it. I haven’t the slightest care what her history is. She is engaged in a violent and destructive crime. Our attitude is that this behavior must be stopped. I don’t really care is gets tased, dropped the ground with adults on top of her to hold her down. She needs to be arrested. I would allow the first responders to determine whether she needs the police station or the emergency room. But until sentencing, she is not entitled to special treatment. Menaces must be stopped. Pity them after safety has been restored, and after conviction.
That kid will end up being Sec. State in AOC’s administration.
lkf, thank you for your comment, especially point # 2. It is important to try and figure out the function (the why ) of the behavior (attention, escape, sensory, or access) before passing judgment on the actual behavior. Without knowing the antecedent, which these types of videos never seem to show, it’s impossible to know why she did it, and we, therefore, can’t and shouldn’t immediately pass it off as being a brat.

This is big news all over, not just YWN. But I am glad YWN is posting this so that you all will know what to expect the next time you go out into the “world” (The USA), or that you know what’s actually going on as the social norms out there.
It is very hard to listen to certain classes and Rabbi’s today because what they talk about is completely unrelatable to those of us stuck in “mainstream” America who have to worry about crossing paths with this day to day.
What “she has been through” doesn’t give her permission to destroy other people’s things. You don’t think most criminals have had difficult lives?
@gershy_246, it must have happened around the same time people started mocking older people when Biden became less sharp. He definitely is not up to snuff, but he does not have dementia! And the mocking of older people and the difficulties they encounter has been over the top and so SHOCKING to see among frum people.
