The IDF reported that between 10:07 and 10:09 a.m. Monday, sirens were activated in the Western Galilee following the detection of a hostile aircraft infiltration from Lebanon. The Israel Air Force IAF intercepted an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that crossed into Israeli airspace.

Sirens in the area also warned of potential rocket or missile threats, later attributed to falling shrapnel from the interception.
