Defense Minister Yoav Gallant held a situational assessment at the Northern Command base in Tzfas on Tuesday evening.
Speaking to the commanders and soldiers, he said: “I assess that Hezbollah’s remaining rocket and missile fire capabilities is about 20%, and even that isn’t organized in the way it used to be. This was a very impressive operation by tens of thousands of soldiers who pushed Hezbollah out of all the border villages and destroyed terror infrastructure. These actions are creating a different reality in Lebanon and also in the region.”
Gallant also spoke about Israel’s recent attack on Iran: “I see a deep connection between the operation we conducted in Iran, in which we struck at the ‘head of the snake,’ and what is happening with Hezbollah. They understand that their reliance on Iran is futile. When we operated in Iran, thanks to what you all did here at the Northern Command, we took into account that Hezbollah has no real response capability, and indeed, this was proven.”

20% of 150,000 rockets is still several times more than the 10,000 that hezbollah has fired so far. it isn’t over yet.
