Police report 90,000 Muslim worshippers made their way to the Temple Mount for prayers on the first Friday of the Muslim month of Ramadan.

At the northern Jerusalem’s Kalandia Checkpoint, hundreds of PA residents pelted soldiers and border policemen with rocks. No injuries were reported.
