(i.e. reb aharon kotler said such a statement (according to making of a gadal – who makes up many things so i dont know how trustworthy he is -) and he passed away before the sicha was printed.
the reason for that statement was becasue chabad as well as other chassidus, place the main focus on love and fear of hashem, kavanah, hachanos, etc.
