In Yishuv Itamar in Shomron, a shul was dedicated to the community’s 20 victims of Arab terrorism. The ceremony included recognition that on the eve of Independence Day 30 years earlier, the first seven families arrived to pioneer the community. With Siyata Dishmaya, against all odds, the seven were successful and the yishuv and its new shul stand today.

The beginning of construction of the shul began after the massacre of members of the Fogel family HY”D. Many members of the bereaved families were on hand to take part in the dedication of the new shul.
