Rav Kroizer is viewed as one of the Ziknei Yerushalayim and among the leading Gedolim and Tzaddikim living today.

is it Toiva or Toiba they are not the same name you know please let us now. May Rav Zundel shlita have a complete refuah shelaima. Klal Yisroel needs him.
