By the time Ichud Hatzalah and Magen David Adom EMTs and paramedics were summoned it was too late for the little boy.
According to the information available, the child was forgotten in the car during the morning hours and discovered by a passerby during the afternoon.
The MDA paramedic who brought Levi Yitzchak z”l into the world 18-months ago pronounced him dead on Sunday.
