Eastern Jerusalem attorney Safdi Amjad, who was facing charges including compromising state security has taken his own life in jail. The indictment against him was read in the Jerusalem District Court on Tuesday, 29 Nissan 5774. When asked by the defendant was not present, the court was informed that he took his own life.
He faced charges of working with Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists imprisoned in Israel. He allegedly acted as a courier bringing information to and from the terrorists and their handlers.

This is the guy that his funeral 2 days ago marched by Jewish homes in the old city and they threw glass bottles at Jewish children.
