I’m looking for a sefer that sums up the yeshivishe sugyos ,eg migu, sfeik sfeika, etc, and brings down the basic reid (rashi vs tosfos, ketzos vs pnei yehoshua, etc) and rosh yeshiva svaras. In other words, not a real iyun sefer, just the main reid. Which ones do that? Thanks in advance.

Did you try Rabbi Keshet’s sefer. You can pick the sugyas and רייד that suit you. הצלחה
Two very good seforim, one is written by the Troller Rosh haKollel, the other is written by Channaya Weissman and covers interesting topics such as the health hazards of having a shviger and the health benefits of smoking canibis instead of saying karbons
