A group of Neturei Karta members gathered outside the local Young Israel on Sunday to protest a Yom Hazikaron event featuring IDF and American veteran Mickey Flaumenhaft. However, their demonstration was met with an unexpected and humorous countermeasure from a nearby resident.
Flaumenhaft, a veteran of the IDF’s Nahal Brigade and recent reservist in the Jerusalem 9207th Battalion, shared stories of courage and heroism from his experiences during the Second Lebanon War and the recent conflict in Gaza. Despite the protests outside, the event continued uninterrupted, honoring the memories of fallen Israeli soldiers.
Meanwhile, outside, a creative neighbor took matters into his own hands, turning on his lawn sprinklers to soak the protesting Neturei Karta members. The unexpected shower seemed to cause some discomfort among the protesters, who were likely unprepared for the impromptu soaking.

The NK is no longer a Jewish group. They were always people who thrived on conflict, aggression, incitement and hate. But at least they were ostensibly doing so on behalf of Torah.
Today they are just bunch of Palestinians Nationalists. Their clothing they wear, the flags they fly, the slogans they yell etc. are all what they learned and copy from Palestinians Nationalists.

The Torah has rules about what makes anyone Jewish or otherwise. While on the topic of “Jewish”, if you call NK not Jewish, yet still claim that the Zionists and their “State” are Jewish, then you are clearly not following the Torah.
The Palestinian nationalist nonsense is presumably to attract attention. Regardless of who should or should not rule there, the NK certainly does not want terrorists ruling anywhere, and I have never seen anything like that on record from them.
Regardless of the problems with some of their methods, their core message remains the same, fully in-line with the Torah, and therefore correct, just as it always was: the Zionist “State” was forbidden to create (and remains so), the Zionists do not represent Jews and the Zionists have caused incalculable trouble for Jews.

On an individual/small group level, of course they can and must defend themselves. But, for Klal Yisrael as a whole, as the Chofetz Chaim tells us as we learn from Yaakov Avinu with his encounter with Esav in VaYishlach that he prepared for three things: Tefillah, Gifts and – if those failed – fleeing/escaping (not combat). The gemara also brings the oaths as binding halacha which forbid the Zionist approach for multiple reasons, and the Rambam himself brings those as halachically in force in his Iggeres Teiman.

I’m not sure what is your point. There are certainly issues with some of NK’s methods, but their message is still exactly right: that Zionism is diametrically opposed to Judaism and that the State of Israel does not represent Jews.
