Tractate Avot, chapter 6, paragraph 6, teaches that there are 48 ways to Torah.
One of the 48 ways is to SHARE THE BURDEN with your fellow Jew:

נוֹשֵׂא בְעֹל עִם חֲבֵרוֹ
