A company of border police has moved into the Yitzhar Yeshiva building following a week of violence involving some Yitzhar residents and security forces. The military has decided to house a company of soldiers in the yeshiva towards getting a foothold on the situation.
Military officials report the yeshiva building was selected for tactical operational reasons including ease of responding to area Arab villages.

It was seized in the belief that people associated with the (religious zionist) yeshiva had been engaging in attacks on both the local Arabs and the local garrisons, including acts of sabotage of IDF equipment.
It seems the Israelis have trouble with more than just the hareidim.
I hope that after the outpost was damaged the yeshiva offered the space to the IDF and did not wait for the IDF to request it.
I also hope that the yishuv has offered to assist in repairing the damage that was done. While the rav of the yishuv has denounced the hooligans who did the deed, positive action will send a much stronger message.
Hey ?!! Violence ? From Bennetts people? Didn’t they serve in the IDF?? How can they do this ? Only chareidim do this kind of stuff (we r told)
#3- While I have not had the dubious pleasure of meeting the hooligans they are quite obviously supporters of Otzma LeYisrael (which received 72% of the votes in Yitzhar in the last elections) and not of Bennett and HaBayit HaYehudi.
