or former President Moshe Katsav, Pesach will not be a yomtov of freedom for he will not be granted a furlough for seder night as he hoped. Prison Authority officials explain the president used his allocation of furlough days and therefore he is not eligible for seder outside of prison.
The president is serving a seven year sentence after being convicted of an assault against a woman. He is in the Massiyahu Prison Torah Wing.

I guess even he recognizes the possible benefits of religion especially if it means getting out of jail for a little bit
