Ex-CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, now anchor of News Nation, spoke about his feelings after watching the footage of the atrocities Hamas committed on October 7th.
“I now understand better what is fueling Israel,” Cumuo said, among other things. “This is not tit-for-tat. They are fueled by the deepest fears of genocide because those fears are real.”
“Merely murdering innocents was the least of it. They enjoyed mutilating and went back and celebrated in the streets with heads and bloody corpses as trophies. This was absolute genocide. That is a word that people are misapplying, and this is where it does apply. Even more important to the terrorists apparently was what they left behind: Charred reminders of a Holocaust, the obvious desire to see as many Jews utterly destroyed as possible.”

Is it that he now gets it. Or is it because yjr former governor wants to run again and needs Jewish support and money
No, he still doesn’t get it. He thinks the mutilation and rapes were Hamas deliberately sending a message, when in fact this is simply how the Arabs always behave. It’s how they behaved in 1920 and 29 and the 30s and 40s. It’s how they behave when fighting each other. It’s how ISIS behaved. This is just who they are.
And he says Israel’s fears of genocide are real, but that’s not a good thing. He still opposes Israel’s defending itself and thinks it needs to stop, it’s just that he now understands why it’s behaving in such a barbaric (in his view) way, and he doesn’t know what to tell it in order to make it stop. He doesn’t think the bombing is justified, it’s just that he now understands that Israel is really scared and not just pretending to be, so it’s going to be hard to reason with it.
He’s still the same piece of garbage that he always was, and his father and brother always were.
Finally a drop of truth in the media
Wonder what would happened if this was sent to BBC
Milhouse:
The Zionists had already invaded in the 20s, so the savagery of the Arabs during the ’20s, ’30s and ’40s is the same (obviously terribly wrong, but still the same) as post-’48. The Chevron pogrom was a direct result of Zionism.
