A Palestinian who responded to news of Jewish children being baked alive by Hamas terrorists on Oct. 7 by asking “with or without baking powder?” has been dispatched to the Next World for a reckoning, courtesy of an Israeli airstrike.
Refaat el-Ar’eer, a Palestinian professor and writer living in Gaza, made the sickening post on X responding to a post about United Hatzolah’s Eli Beer recounting his story of finding babies burned alive in ovens.
It’s not clear where or exactly when El-Ar’eer was turned into a pile of bones and guts, but his last post on social media was on December 4th.
On December 3rd he tweeted “I wish I were a freedom fighter so I die fighting back those invading Israeli genocidal maniacs invading my neighborhood and city.”
It seems this garbage pail was granted his final wish, thanks to the IDF.
One Palestinian English website write the following about this Jew-hater: “Human rights defenders around the world expressed anguish and outrage Thursday after Refaat Alareer, a Palestinian professor who was one of Gaza’s most prominent writers and activists, was killed in an Israeli airstrike in Shejaiya that also killed his brother, sister, and her four children.”

With or without baking powder?
@DrYidd, quick question:
With or without baking power?
Did they at least mix some baking powder with the air strike? with or without baking powder?
@DrYidd-With or without baking powder?
If he is an academic or journalist in Gaza, it is probably not a “sick joke” but a sincere policy proposal. He wasn’t trying to be funny.
These are the innocent civilians the media talks about. They are the furthest thing from it.
Hamas are the shluchim of all Palestinians
I followed him on X (to get latest updates). Real horrible guy. I’m so happy to hear this news. Now is Mr FAFO next?
According to Hamas their heaven is martyrdom and they’re very happy where they are now, according to THEM!!!! The jokes on them! Hell is their future from now on and forever!!!
well he burn with or without baking powder
Hopefully he does a large friends and student reunion soon
Very good riddance for sure! It is good that no “students” will have to listen to this “professor” of evil ever again. Also good that there is one less anti-human rights activist in the world. Well done IDF! Baruch HaShem!
Wow, this article seems a bit a extreme. Don’t exactly know what to make of it.
i wonder if they use baking powder in Hell.
Was he burnt with or without gunpowder?
When will IDF destroy Harvard, MIT, and UPenn?
What are you fan covered with barbecue sauce?
Correction, was he found covered in barbecue sauce?
כן יאבדו כל אויביך ה
Very few sensible remarks here. I think only Menachem S. got it right. I also don’t know what to make of it. Did the IDF really target this idiot, or was he in the wrong place at the wrong time? The comments here don’t seem to be even a little off-put by the announcement of a real civilian casualty. The fact that he is a Sonei Yisroel, as they all clearly are, does not make it smart to knock him off, nor to “boast” about it if it was not a targeted hit. Your comments here are watched by many haters of the Jewish people, and it doesn’t do us any good when we sound just like them…
as a “professor of creative fiction”, his demise may or may not be true – the “brother, sister, and her four children” sound like literary embellishment. but either way, i won’t shed any tears.
just for the sake of accuracy. this supposed “baby powder” tweet has no credible source he ever tweeted it. there is no actual link to such a tweet or even a link to a deleted tweet. nothing. all there is is a -most likely- edited screenshot. he denied it back when the screenshot came out. and even tweeted (that tweet IS still online) if he gets killed he blames this fake tweet.
not saying it makes a difference one way or the other, just if you care about accuracy and the truth.
@farrockdad I saw the tweet the day it was tweeted directly from his account.
