Chareidi journalist Aryeh Erlich posted the words of the Chofetz Chaim, z’tl, about the Yishmaelim 90 years ago.
Erlich wrote: “I’m not the one saying it, because it’s not politically correct these days but look at what the Chofetz Chaim, z’tl, said 90 years ago.”
“The Chofetz Chaim was once asked about the future of the relationship between the Jews of Eretz Yisrael and Bnei Yishmael, and this is what he answered: ‘Our Torah is eternal – when it says ‘והוא יהיה פרא אדם’ – it means that Yishmael will always remain פרא אדם. Even if the civilized nations of the world will try to educate them, it will not succeed -because they are [inherently] uncivilized.”
“Even if he [a Yishmaeli] receives an education and becomes an attorney – he’ll be a פרא אדם attorney. And if he’s educated to become a professor, then he’ll be a פרא אדם professor.”
“Because his savagery will never be removed from him. The Torah said ‘והוא יהיה פרא אדם’ and ‘יהיה’ means forever.”
The Choefetz Chaim concluded by sighing and saying: “Oiy, who knows what this פרא אדם will do to Am Yisrael at the end of days!”

That printed “shtickle” is word for word from the Mishulchan Gavoha on the parsha. Anyone could’ve open that book from a seforim shelf (in most batei midrashos) and seen it for himself before “journalist Aryeh Erlich made his startling Politically Incorrect discovery”.
Nevertheless as true as it may be for general bn”YSH, it’s both historically false for the current usurpers in Gaza and certainly not the biblical ones. See Deut. 2:23 and Rashi there regarding Gaza.
When the Gemara says leatid we will make peace and forgive the bnei yishmael, it means the REAL ones, not these impostor savages.

Chas v’Shalom to be poge’a in the Kavod of the Chafetz Chaim ZT”L, but I’m not sure that this is to be applied Halacha l’ma’aseh – any more than we apply Eisav Soneh l’Yaakov to every single non-Jew, including those who saved Jewish lives in the Holocaust. We also see that Yishmael himself did Teshuva at the end of his life, despite he personally being called a Pereh Adam – so apparently he was able to overcome the “Pereh Adam-ness”.

Whatever they may or may not be, the Chofetz Chaim’s talmid muvhak and designated successor in matters of hashkofo said that the Arabs are no more or less than shlichim of Hashem’s dinim, they can’t harm a single hair on a Yid’s head unless Hashem allows it, Ein Od MilavadO, harbei shlichim laMakom, and the only way to stop the dinim is to get as many people as possible to do teshuva, i.e. to remember at every moment that He does everything, not them, and to think more about how to make Him happy than about how to punish them. כך נראה לעיית דעתי.
Bottom line: Like most of the Hareidi rabbanim a century ago, he warned against picking a fight with Yishmaelim. The Hareidim wanted to live peacefully with the Arabs, even if that meant letting the Arabs run the government. The Zionists insisted on ruling over the Arabs, which the rabbanim warned would have bad consequences since it wasn’t the nature of the Arabs to let others rule over them. The Hareidim negotiated an autonomous frum community in an Islamic state (which would have been ruled over by Jordan’s current king, in effect a single state including all of Eretz Yisrael), but the Zionists rejected the idea and shot the Haredim’s negotiator. We haven’t had a moment’s peace every since (though we do have an Israeli flag at the UN so the goyim can spit at it).
Remember, Iran are not Bnei Yishmoel. They are Poras, which is Tiras, which is from the Bnei Yefes.
