The IDF has confirmed that it conducted an airstrike resulting in the elimination of a senior Hamas terrorist in the Gaza Strip.
According to the IDF, Muataz Eid, who held the position of head of the terror group’s national security southern district, was targeted and killed in the airstrike. This operation was carried out following intelligence efforts coordinated between the Shin Bet security agency and the Military Intelligence Directorate.
Additionally, the military has reported that today alone, it has conducted strikes on over 250 targets across the Gaza Strip, with a focus on the northern region of the territory.
