TRAVEL DISASTER GROWS: Turkish Airlines Cancels Flights, Was One Of last Airlines Flying Out Of Israel

In the midst of ongoing war against Hamas, Turkish Airlines has joined the growing list of airlines suspending flights to and from Israel. This move marks a significant change, as it was one of the last carriers still operating in and out of Israel since the war with Hamas began.

Tens of thousands of Americans find themselves facing difficulties in departing Israel, as the number of available flights dwindles, with El Al being one of the few exceptions.

Notably, the State Department has yet to respond to calls for assistance, while the Polish Air Force has been observed evacuating their citizens from the area. The situation remains fluid, with many seeking safe passage out of the region.

  1. Delta the biggest anti semite airline was the first to cancel flights.

Its clearly becuase hamas has the mabar 1 a domestically made anti aircraft weapon system with a timed/ impact fuse similar to the buk 2 and other iranian and ex-soviet guided missle systems. No airline wants to get shot down

This is all on israel since israel knew about the anti aircraft rockets for years and did 0 to interdict them

though I don’t know if it is really true, you definitely bought out the zionist attitude towards things, veering towards the old zionist mantra of ‘rak b’dam tihiyeh lanu ha’aretz’ (sic).
One thing I don’t really understand (maybe someone can explain if I am wrong) is that as some have mentioned, terrifying as it may be for many trying to flee, it really (unfortunately but that is how things have to be right now) is not the priority.
There are blood thirsty animalistic savage terrorists running around toting their murderous weapons at innocent people, a land is at war and people are worrying about getting back to their comfortable USA/UK etc air-conditioned peacful homes.- Don’t get me wrong, but I just don’t see the parallel…?

  3. Nebuch: “Some of the stupidest”???

Why would any commercial airline want to fly into an airport subject to rocket attacks? Obviously, it would make sense to wait until the immediate risks have been mitigated. There are plenty of empty hotel rooms for those whose flights have been cancelled. The authorities have much higher priorities than to worry about visitors seeking to return home

  4. Nebuch is part of the problem. Sad.
He is either and orthodox yeshivish or chabad and thinks the only way to win arguments is to censor opinions and stifle dissent. Basically he is a rich jew trying to keep the caste system in place.

  5. The delivery that everyone is taking about that Washington sent to Israel today was a 747 that took off from Dover and landed in BeerSheva. They are not using BGG for that. Watching flightradar24 like I do, I’ve noticed many lesser countries sending plane after plane just to pick up their citizens. Saw the Polish Air Force send 3 C17’s one after the other yesterday. Mexico did the same. Germany did the same. Hard to imagine that the US cant send a whole fleet of these monster troop carriers over there to pick our people up. Most of the local airlines have no intention of resuming flights until end of November or beginning of December. Schumer? Do something right for a change!

  6. some comments are so totally out to lunch, it’s almost funny! for starters, ben gurion airport is way out of range for shoulder-fired rockets from gaza, even stingers. and there are other military air bases for transports to land, besides ben gurion. but never let the facts get in the way of a good “opining”.
