The attorney general has decided that homes in Sector 10 in Upper Migron must be removed by the end of April 2014.
In response to Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein’s announcement of a second Migron expulsion, area residents stated “What remains is to stand by the sidelines and see if the prime minister and the cabinet will become involved in the farce as with the ‘Beit Shalom’ in Hebron and stain the hand with another violent eviction which is against the law and common sense.” They added that all government branches have recognized the de-facto legal acquisition of the land in question in Migron.
