The violent riots by hundreds of Palestinians on the Gazan-Israeli border resumed on Tuesday afternoon for the fifth consecutive day.
IDF forces fired tear gas and live fire after Gazans hurled explosives at the security fence. One Palestinian was killed and nine were injured, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
Several Palestinians even crossed the security fence.
Israel closed Erez Corssing, the only pedestrian crossing out of the Strip into Israel, on erev Rosh Hashanah for safety reasons. In response to the riots, the crossing has remained closed to the 18,000 Palestinians in Gaza who have permits to work in Israel
According to an Associated Press report, the Gaza Strip’s finance ministry announced this month it was halving the salaries of civil servants following a visit by the Qatari envoy to Gaza. The Qatari government did not respond to an inquiry on the matter but a Hamas political member admitted to AP that there are “problems” between Hamas and Qatar but would not comment on whether the riots were related to the issue.

How about these animals start to WORK?!! Like work for a living, open businesses. Or better yet, would’ve been if Hamas had not destroyed all the infrastructure Israel left for them after the Disengagement in 2008.
