New York City Mayor Eric Adams paid a visit to two of Boro Parks leading Admorim on Tuesday night.
The Mayor visited the Munkatcher Rebbe as well as the Bobov 45 Rebbe, brining them New Years greetings on behalf of New Yorkers, as well as asking both Admorim for their blessings for a New Year.
The Mayor was joined by his Senior Advisor Joel Eisdorfer, CAU Commissioner Fred Kreizman and NYPD Inspector Richie Taylor, Commanding Officer of Community Affairs.

Where’s his Yamuka as respect for the Rabbis?
@Chuchom – I always learned that a yarmulkeh (i.e. Yirei Malkah) was to BRING Yiras Shomayim to the individual who wears one, as the Gemora in Shabbos brings and as is brought by the Mishnah Berurah, as opposed to a sign of respect.
Pretty he’s supposed to wear a yarmulke when he goes to rabbis, synagogues, or Jewish events. Oh well, not surprising
At least he understood as a Non-Jew that he didn’t have to wear a silk yarmulke that keeps falling off (esp. with no hair).
A Chosid bought the “Holy Blessed Honey” from the Mayor for $10 & is selling it for $180 an ounce.
Let’s see a public school graduate do that. Yet, we’re told we need a better Secular education.

Lamentabley the mayor was misguided & went to the wrong Bobov Rebbe. Fortunately he went to all the correct places in 🇮🇱, so he is a smart man who received poor planning for his visits, last night

Unfortunately, far too many of these people can’t understand that they’re being TL’d there’s no tomorrow.
I totally don’t get the whining here. Whether you like Adams or not a NYC Democrat who does not border on open hostility to the frum world is a good guy. There is no reason not to work on having a good relationship with him. Do you prefer another De Blasio or Bloomberg who were always looking to pick fights? Do you want to act to Adams the way De Blasio and Bloomberg acted to the frum community?
