If you need GF this is a good option. For me this works after much trial and error…The hebrew package has a recipe, 500g (1 packet) molino flour, 450ml warm water 1T dry yeast 5T oil, 3T silan (only silan as honey will not give same result), 2t salt mix well (can be by hand) for 10min, cover and allow to rise approx 1 hour, make rolls of about 80g each (use cornflour to dust counter and hands if sticky) brush with egg sprinkle sesame bake on 450F for 40min with pan of water at bottom of oven.
