Is there any information about the driver of the vehicle that hit them?

I’m in a bungalow across the road from Ichud and can tell you of countless of acts of reckless stupidity committed by drivers and pedestrians alike there. There’s low visibility in places and speed limit is 45. People speed faster than that, and pedestrians don’t walk on the correct side of the road (facing oncoming traffic). People cut across the road without looking carefully enough, and walk in the dark with zero reflective gear. Drivers cut out of driveways and make illegal turns, go INTO parking lots at places clearly marked EXIT ONLY, and so on.
I don’t care whose fault caused this accident. We have 2 Yidden who are injured and need a Refuah Sheleimah. THAT is all you should be concerned with after reading this article.
