Speaking with Channel 2 News, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman relates to the renewed warfare, the rocket fire from Gaza.
Lieberman:
This is a sign that the blow received by the Islamic Jihad in Gaza yesterday was a painful one. In addition, the timing in not coincidental and it is done to send a message to visiting British Prime Minister Cameron.
In my opinion as it is known, there is no alternative to retaking Gaza and after we have total control to decide what will be done. I will oppose any and all limited exercises other than retaking Gaza and bringing an end to this rocket fire once and for all.
The residents of southern Israel cannot continue to live as hostages to terrorists who can fire rockets at will.
