The highest Malachim say “Ayei Mikom Kivodo”.
The Chayai Hakodesh are Ratzo Vishov.
Being able to sense the Kavod is a different concept. (Har Sinai -Umaareh Kivod Hash-m K’Eish Ocheles etc”
