Over a week after an Arab was arrested in Netanya with a knife in his possession, the police allowed the details of the incident to be published.

Last Sunday, it was reported that police officers arrested a Palestinian resident of the Shomron on a Netanya street without an entry permit and with a knife in his possession. No casualties were found at the scene.

The investigation, including footage from street cameras, revealed that the suspect stabbed a woman in the shoulder in front of her children and passersby with a folding knife. B’Chasdei Hashem, the knife only ripped her coat and did not harm the woman, who fled the scene with her children. Witnesses to the scene called the police who quickly arrived on motorcycles and arrested the Arab.

An indictment will be filed against the terrorist in the coming days.
