Waving Hamas flags and walking aside Fatah supporters, the villagers of Na’alin targeted Israeli security forces with rocks and other objects, calling them “murderers” as the funeral procession for a small child passed the entrance to the Modi’in area Arab community on wednesday.

While town officials insist the child was killed by an IDF bullet during Tuesday’s violent clashes, Israel has no proof of the allegation since town leaders refused to permit Israelis to view the body, to perform an autopsy, or to see any evidence that might substantiate the claims that an Israeli M-16 bullet killed the child.

At least three policemen were injured in the rock-throwing attacks.
