Protesters Compare Bibi To Khomeini, Erdogan, Putin & Orban

Once again, Israelis on Motzei Shabbos protested against the government’s planned judicial reforms and the “end of democracy.”

During the protest in Tel Aviv, protesters waved a huge banner with an image of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu next to Russian President Vladimir Putin, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Iran’s Ayatollah Khomeini.

The banner stated in English: “From start-up nation to shut-down nation.”

  1. Israeli anarchic paid for and delivered by UN and US NGO and Reform.

I just saw the street sign that direct traffic to Israel Supreme Court.

They call it “Bet Mishpat Haelyoni”.

    “Heavenly court “?

Is that what the founders of Neo Zionts State called a gang of mafia who suppressed FRUM and Sepharadi Yidden? The same people who are picked by random lawyers in back alleys? Who strike down the laws that ONLY right MKs make?

    Heavenly? ?

Sanhedrin was not called Heavenly Supreme Court.
How dear these idiots ( forgive me – elite- pork eating backstabbing, religion hating, gang of Mafia who has ruled the land with Iron fist) are calling themselves Heavenly?

Like PIGs who put out their hoofs and say we are kosher? These Tyrants are Not heavenly getting their orders from UN, EU, Biden when they are getting orders to destroy the land and call for civil war and bloodshed.

  2. What Nowayjose calls “the lunatic left” includes Justice Elyakim Rubenstein and President Yitchok Herzog. Reiven is so intemperate, no response is necessary.

  3. DrYidd, Rubinstein and Herzog ARE the lunatic left. Rav Kahane HYD used to call Herzog’s father, Chaim Herzog, חומץ בן יין. Yitzchak Jr (as opposed to his zeideh R Aizik z”l) is חומץ בן חומץ, בן בנו של יין.

Reiven, where did you see anything about Heaven?! If you are so ignorant of basic Hebrew as to think עליון means Heaven, you shouldn’t comment on anything in that language. עליון simply means “high”. It is completely appropriate to use it for the High Court; not just in Modern Hebrew, as “a Yid” suggests, but even in Leshon haKodesh.

  4. The comparisons to Khomeini, Erdogan, and Putin are obviously ridiculous and easy to dismiss, but the comparison to Orban seems reasonable, and one that Netanyahu would likely welcome. Orban, like Netanyahu, is doing the right thing and is being attacked as a “fascist” by all of the actual fascists whose power he is challenging.
