In one of Tzfat’s Old City gems, Khan Adom, a location matching the vibe and elegance of the planned residences, ISA Group launched their latest exclusive real estate project — Tzfat Estates.
It wasn’t just the magnificent multimedia presentation or the live music, nor the distinguished guests that gave the evening an ethereal glow. It was the secret Tzfat spark that ignited everyone’s soul, the magic zinging in the air.
Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, Rabbi of the Western Wall and Holy Sites, spoke of the importance and value of Tzfas and the Galilee as a spiritual center that still draws from the springs of the Ari Hakadosh and his disciples and the many tanaim buried in the Galil mountains, notably Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai.
Tzfat Estates is adjacent to the Old City, on one of the last remaining plots of land in the historic area of the city — facing Mount Meron and the tziyun of Rabbi Shimon Bar Yochai. A luxe residence, planned and designed by industry leaders Feigin Architects, it seamlessly blends unparalleled contemporary standards with ancient roots.
Mayor Shuki Ohana thanked the developers and presented his vision for the future of Tzfat; history alongside modern infrastructure, preserving Tzfat’s charm while accelerating the city’s growth. He called on more developers to follow in ISA’s footsteps and recognize the great artistic and historic potential inherent in the city.
“We attach great importance to this project and it’s been so heartening to see the high demand. Our brief pilot sale has already attracted dozens of buyers from abroad with over 70% if the apartments sold! It clearly indicated the need for luxury apartments in Tzfat, especially in this unique location, facing Mount Miron,” said Asaf Bauer, ISA’s VP of marketing.
Akiva Zuravin, chairman of ISA Group, was visibly moved at this historic launching of his latest project. “I’m discovering more and more how Tzfat connects to every Jew through its special history.
Everyone feels that authentic bond. For generations, kabbalists, chassidim, poets, rabbis, singers and artists have felt their soul uplifted here. I too, feel this connection to a city where our history is intertwined in the city’s dizzying advancement.”
Zuravin promised that just as Jerusalem Estates became a famous luxurious point of reference that enriched Yerushalayim’s landscape, Tzfat Estates will soon be another location synonymous with the Estates brand of extraordinary, quality living.
Thanking Mayor Ohana and the planning and engineering teams for their cooperation, Zuravin announced that as part of their shared vision, ISA Group will develop the plot adjoining Tzfat Estates as a stunning, landscaped donation, worth millions of shekels, for the benefit and enjoyment of Tzfat and its citizens.
“We are proud to partner with ISA Group for many years and standing here today, we are more excited than ever to be a part of this trailblazing project in Tzfat, adding on to ISA’s famed Estates developments”, concluded Moti from Fronet, a leading branding agency.
And as the classical klezmer sounds wafted in the mountain air, all attendees felt uplifted as their souls sang in the Old City of Tzfat.
