Senior Bayit Yehudi officials are not remaining quiet or seeking mechila for their actions, but in an act of unmitigated chutzpah are accusing Gedolei Hador Shlita with making a Chilul Hashem by holding the Million Man Atzeres Tefilla.
“The Atzeres and its participants are causing a major Chilul Hashem” and “We call on the chareidi leadership to apologize in the coming hours for the awful Chilul Hashem for if not, they will not be permitted to say ‘our hands did not shed this blood’” the dati leumi Srugim website reports.
One is simply speechless amid the am haratzus and lack of a minimal measure of derech eretz as some of the party officials on Sunday, 1 Rosh Chodesh Adar II stated “עבירה גוררת עבירה and the atzeres and its participants is becoming more seditious and a Chilul Hashem by the moment and it will be very difficult to make a kapora for these actions.”
Added to the chutzpah are statements such as “The tzibur should say ‘’thank you’ for Bayit Yehudi’s battle in the Shaked Committee to protect the chareidim…”
Kikar Shabbos quotes chareidi parties saying “Don’t respond. Even the biggest fool in the world would not dare to utter such words, as Gedolei Hador should actualize apologize to Naftali Bennett!”
In the report, Bennett is at the side of HaGaon Rav Chaim Druckman Shlita, who told Channel 2 News on motzei Shabbos he is adamantly opposed to the atzeres and he feels the event is a Chilul Hashem.

YWN is all for individuals following Rabbinic guidance – just because the Rav Bennett follows is not yours does not mean he has no right to follow him.
