IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Benny Gantz will be meeting with IDF soldiers in Nachal Chareidi during the Million Man Atzeres on Sunday, 1 Rosh Chodesh Adar II 5774.

While many Nachal Chareidi veterans will be taking part in the atzeres, the soldiers are not permitted to do so for it would be a violation of IDF guidelines. For many of the soldiers this is a particularly difficult day as they opted to serve in the chareidi unit as the chareidi tzibur and the IDF are at odds as a result of the Shaked Committee.

The IDF commander has decided to meet with these soldiers as the atzeres tefilla takes place.
